HASNAOUI Group is acoare of the importance of staff training, as a matter of fact, numerous training sessions have been carried out in partnership with vocational training centers, the concern to acquire a trained staff has led to opening of a training center approved by the State specific to the Group in 2005, in order to ensure the upgrading of young engineers and their continuous improvement.

The Group has adopted the training approach as an essential factor for success, through the mobilization of LE PHARE training center, initially specialized in the agricultural sector, on the one hand, and the opening of a training department registered in the organization of the human resources department, on the other. The interest is to benefit the Group agents, at the same time and on the site, of training sessions in internal and / or external animation and to allow the training center to evolve towards an organ of pluri-disciplinary services.
