The LE PHARE training centre was born from the happy meeting of a long-term vision and proven skills in the various fields of implementation and management. The HASNAOUI Group of Companies pays particular attention to the training of its staff, in addition to the multiple training sessions carried out in partnership with the vocational training centers. The concern to have trained staff resulted in the opening, in 2005, of a training center approved by the State specific to the Group, to ensure the upgrading of young engineers and their continuous improvement. The Group has adopted the training approach as an essential success factor, through the mobilization of the LE PHARE training center, initially specialized in the agriculture part, on the one hand, and the opening of a training department registered in the organization of the human resources department, on the other hand. The interest is to make the Group’s agents benefit, at the same time and on site, from training sessions in internal and/ or external animation and allow the training center to evolve to a multidisciplinary service organization.
